Method of Payment

Fernley Furniture accepts Cash, Company Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, Visa or MasterCard and Paypal.

Return checks

Returned check will incur a $25.00 charge for handling. Unpaid balances will accrue 18.6% annual interest. All collections fees, attorney feeds and any incidental fees related to collecting debt will be the responsibility of the buyer

Delivery

We provide fee delivery for our Bay Area customers with a minimum order of $1,000 paid only with Cashiers check, money order, Wire transfer, company check or Paypal. Customers out of the bay area will incur additional delivery charges. Delivery charges may vary.

When Your Delivery Arrivers

All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping. It is your responsibility to inspect shipments at time of delivery for any possible concealed damages. If unable to fully inspect at time of delivery, note on delivery Receipt “goods are subject to inspection” and note any indications of indentation/damage to packaging. Should a concealed damage occur, all claims must be processed no later than three days after receipt of shipment. All claims after ten days will be denied. All concealed damage claims must be against the carrier
